She's one of my best friends.  Distance between us may stink but it has not changed the lovely gift of our friendship.  She's kind, honest, funny, authentic, real, genuine, encouraging, and best of all ~ she loves Jesus and lives her life with the purpose of bringing Glory to His name!  Her name is Laura and I love her to pieces.  Even better, she married a wonderful man who leads her well and loves her so thanks to his relationship with the Lord.  Let's add some more great news on top of that - Neil and Laura are expecting a baby girl in February 2016.

Just a couple of weeks ago, these two lovelies headed to Asheville, NC to enjoy a short weekend get-a-way and I am SO grateful we were able to schedule time together during their trip.  Our lunch and afternoon seemed to fly by but every minute was such a gift and the conversation was endless.  Rance and Neil have NO problem connecting and having the same endless talks that Laura and I have - for that - I am SO beyond thankful.

Jayden did not want to let Laura go by the end of the afternoon.  In fact, my heart melted over and over again at how he hugged her and held on to her.
