*Sunday Fun*

Rance and Ben teach the college sunday school class at First Baptist and the summertime is a ton of fun because all of the local college students are in for the summer AND the staff working at Whisper Mountain camp are here also.  Over the years, several of the same faces have continued volunteering their entire summer at WM camp ministry and we have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them over the years as well as getting to know new faces each year too.  OF COURSE, we are also pumped when the Robbinsville locals are home for the summer too because we can miss seeing those faces on a daily basis.  In order to spend more time with ALL of them, Sunday afternoons have been our time to hang out as a group at the house! 

Side note:  During the week, the WM staff have very long days pouring all of their energy into teenagers so it is super important that Saturday afternoon and Sunday are restful in order to gear up for another week.  Therefore, our goal on Sunday's in having them over is to not only get to know them better and see how they are doing spiritually but to serve them, feed them, and hopefully give them a chance to rest (since rest looks different for everyone!).

One Sunday we were able to celebrate Kaleigh's 21st birthday at the house too (or really the pool I mean)! 

We will miss all these guys and gals as they head back to their homes/states/colleges!!!
