*CHRISTmas blogs begin - PART I*

This year, Rance and I set goals and priorities at CHRISTmas time.  I also committed to reading the CHRISTmas story in Matthew and Luke throughout the month of December because one of my biggest prayers was to simply be ALERT to people and the Messiah throughout the CHRISTmas season.  The Lord blessed my time so much reflecting on Jesus' birth because during that time it became magnified even more that Jesus came to earth for a purpose.  Yes, we celebrate His birth at CHRISTmas time but really, Jesus came to die.  He came to do what His Father had planned and purposed for Him to do.  He was obedient, even to the point of death.  It got me thinking more and more how I don't want to miss choosing to be obedient to Father in the big and small on a daily basis.  I want to fulfill His purpose for me on this earth.

Before we all headed in different directions for CHRISTmas, a little Sunday afternoon get together was totally necessary to just celebrate with friends who are way more like family than friends.

STATE CHAMPIONS

Our Robbinsville BLACK KNIGHT football team WON the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP this year at Carter Finley Stadium in Raleigh, NC in December!  I was so sad to miss this GRAND event as the town of Robbinsville headed east to my alma mater to cheer on the football team but Jayden and I stayed at home and watched the live stream and cheered from afar.

It was super fun to see the LARGE amount of fans travel across the state to support our football team but that's how a small town rolls :)

Please excuse the random dump of pictures from November!  I had this blog ready to post a month ago and just simply missed it.

So here is to NOVEMBER (Jayden was 5 months old)

Jayden and I spent a few days in Nahunta at my parents house in November while Rance took a hunting trip to Ohio with my brother!

Brooke - She is such a huge blessing in more ways than one.  She serves our family so much, loves Jayden to pieces, prays daily for us, and is just a HUGE part of our lives even though we live 6 hours apart.

Monday nights look like this in our house (see below).  Hamilton and Frank are so sweet to Jayden and well, we just love Monday nights from eating together, catching up, and studying the Word!

When Jayden started giving me sugar, OH MY WORD, I melted somewhere and haven't been the same sense!

Now on to the next dump of pictures!
