- Summer's Baby Shower - My cousin Summer and her husband David are expecting a sweet baby boy VERY soon! Thankfully, I was FINALLY able to attend a baby shower to celebrate Cade's arrival :) As always, my Aunt Wendy & cousin Autumn did an amazing job decorating for this shower.

- Vacation - Rance and I headed east for our summer vacation to spend partly in Nahunta with my family and partly at the beach with my family. We enjoyed every minute we got to spend with them.

- FARMING~It's second nature to me! Few understand the amount of time & labor that goes into farming but few also understand 1. the reward of hard work & watching the crops grow & seeing how our DADDY produces a harvest; 2. the amount of trust you must have in the Father when weather is out of your control. My family has farmed since before I was born. My dad & my brother have a passion & love for it that I cannot even begin to explain. Like I said before, we spent part of our vacation at the beach & the other part in Nahunta on the farm!

- Tom & Erica's Wedding - July 14th! I thought beach weddings were breathtaking but mountain ones are too! Tom Sawyer and Rance grew up together so they literally go way back. This was a super special weekend and Rance could not be more happier that Tom found his bride. Tom & Erica were the first couple ever to get married at Stoney Hollow Farms in Robbinsville, NC. This farm is over 300 acres and is absolutely gorgeous. At the top, there is a gorgeous log cabin (pictures below) with a huge field that has one of the most amazing views. This is where Tom & Erica decided to say I DO and they could not have picked a more captivating view of God's majesty. The day of the wedding it stormed HORRIBLY two different times but about an hour before the wedding the sun came out and God blessed their evening outside wedding with perfect weather.

- Lauren & Kyle's Wedding - July 21st! I told you this year is FULL of weddings! Lauren & Kyle had yet another gorgeous outside wedding in Robbinsville, NC! Lauren ran on Rance's 2009 Girls State Championship Cross Country team. Kyle was a part of Rance's discipleship study about a year ago! We were excited to share in their special day. They got married at Fontana Dam which is a hot spot for tourists and locals. The wedding was outside & the reception was inside. Here is a sneak peak of pictures from their photographer...

- Paisley Lynn Craig was born! My friend Candice & her husband Todd welcomed Miss Paisley into the world July 16th at 6:24 pm! I've already heard she is the best little baby and I cannot wait to meet her. I stole a few pictures taken by Lauren Garrison Photography to share with you.

To think that God knew her before she was even born. To think He designed her - from her hair to her eyes to her nose to her belly button to her sweet little toes. To know that He has ordained all the days of her life before one of them even came to be. Oh how He loves you Paisley. I pray for you every day! That you will desire nothing in this life above HIM!
